CLIMATE

There are two kinds of savannas, tropical savannas and temparate savannas. Most are tropical, located between deserts andtropical forests. Tropical savannas require warm weather year round. They have no winter and experiance two long dry seasons. During the rest of the season they experiance abundant rain. Savannas recieve between 100 and 400 mm of rain a year. In the dry season it recieves 100 to 200 mm of rain. In the rainy season it reaches up to 300mm of rain.
